About DueClarity

AR reports show the numbers. Someone still has to figure out what they mean.

DueClarity was built around a simple idea: software should be able to examine your receivables like a sharp analyst — connect what changed, identify what deserves attention, and show the evidence — without pretending to know what the data cannot prove.

Why it exists

The problem was never another dashboard.

Finance teams already have aging reports, spreadsheets, dashboards, and accounting systems. Those tools are good at showing balances. They still leave a person with the harder job: deciding what changed, what is unusual, what is persistent, who is driving the movement, and whether the conclusion can actually be defended.

DueClarity is designed for that gap. Upload one AR statement per period and it examines the book across time, connects related signals, ranks material findings, and lets you trace the conclusion back to the underlying records.

The goal is not more AR information. It is better judgment over the information you already have.

How we build it

The analyst has rules.

DueClarity is deliberately evidence-fenced. The product is useful only if you can trust where its conclusions came from.

Evidence before explanation

Every conclusion has to trace back to the AR data behind it. If the evidence is not there, DueClarity should say so rather than fill the gap with a guess.

Important before merely true

An AR file can support dozens of technically correct observations. DueClarity is built to connect them, rank what matters, and keep weaker signals from obscuring the real story.

History changes the meaning

A balance that appeared this month is different from one that has remained unresolved for six statements. DueClarity uses the history you provide to distinguish sudden breaks, persistent aging, recurrence, deterioration, and improvement.

Restraint is part of the product

DueClarity does not assume a missing invoice was paid, invent a cause, predict a payment, or manufacture a problem for every customer. Sometimes the right conclusion is that the evidence does not support one yet.

Why we built it

Why we built DueClarity

The idea started with a simple frustration: the important story is already sitting in an AR file — so why should anyone have to dig through reports and screens to find it?

We built DueClarity to do that analytical work for you. It examines the whole book, compares the history, surfaces what actually deserves attention, and then shows its work — so you're never asked to take a number on faith.

Just as important, we built it to stop where the evidence stops. No invented numbers. No assumed payments. No manufactured certainty. If DueClarity tells you something matters, you can always see exactly why.
