What this means

CEI measures what share of receivables that were collectible during the period actually got collected. A score of 67.8% means that of the AR available to collect (beginning AR plus new credit sales, minus what should still be outstanding), you collected 67.8% of it. Between 60% and 80% is typical, but most teams can tighten this with more consistent follow-up.

For reference, beginning AR of $450,000 plus credit sales of $383,333 gives a theoretical maximum collectible amount this period.

DueClarity compares each AR upload to your last one — what changed, who to prioritize, and what to do next.
