Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of terms
By creating an account or using DueClarity, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you are using DueClarity on behalf of a company, you represent that you have the authority to bind that company to these terms.
2. The service
DueClarity provides accounts receivable intelligence software accessible via web browser. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time with reasonable notice to active subscribers.
3. Your account
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access. You may not share your account with others or create accounts on behalf of third parties without permission.
4. Your data
You retain ownership of all data you upload to DueClarity. By uploading data, you grant DueClarity a limited license to process that data solely to provide the service. We will not sell, share, or use your data for any other purpose. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to use DueClarity to upload data you do not have the right to process, to attempt to reverse-engineer or copy the service, to upload malicious code, or to use the service in any way that violates applicable law.
6. Payment and billing
Paid plans are billed monthly or annually, as selected at checkout. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as explicitly stated in our refund policy. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice to existing subscribers.
7. Trial period
All plans include a 14-day free trial. No credit card is required to start a trial. At the end of the trial, you will need to provide payment information to continue using the service.
8. Limitation of liability
DueClarity is provided as a decision-support tool. We do not guarantee the accuracy of any analysis or recommendation. You are responsible for all business decisions made using the platform. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding any claim.
9. Termination
You may cancel your account at any time from your account settings. We may terminate accounts that violate these terms. Upon termination, your data will be retained for 30 days and then permanently deleted.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which DueClarity is incorporated, without regard to conflict of law principles.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email. Continued use of DueClarity after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
